These exercises are based on the OECD Style Guide 2nd Edition. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is composed of 34 member countries worldwide that regularly turn to one another to identify problems, discuss and analyze them, and promote policies to solve them. These countries are Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States, and the United Kingdom. Two-thirds of OECD member-countries have plain language policy on law drafting.
